Our workshops are used for Training, Learning and Development. Sessions last from 90 minutes to half or full day events.
The Rhythms of Success – Leadership program
We help to grow your future leaders through the metaphor of music. An orchestra needs a conducter, a facilitator to help move the piece from one stage to another. In this workshop we develop faciliation skills by leading a rhythm orchestra through points of transition and changes in dynamics and arrangement. To this end we explore areas like personal awareness, leading and pacing and clarity of communication. This can all be mapped back to organisational needs and strategies for implementation, providing clear business value.
Earthsong Team Development
This is a multicultural musical team building challenge, which utilises a range of rare and unusual instruments from places such as Africa, India, Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia, Middle East, and Australia. Participants are invited to create a piece of music from scratch, using this process as a metaphor for building their team, while developing intuitive communication skills. They are then asked to perform each piece to the rest of the group, whch is usually followed by a debrief around lessons learned. These groups can then be brought together to produce the companies unique ‘sound’.
