Experiential Leadership

We help to grow future leaders through the metaphor of music. An orchestra needs a conducter, a facilitator to help move the piece from one stage to another. In this workshop we develop faciliation skills by leading a rhythm orchestra through points of transition and changes in dynamics and arrangement. To this end we explore areas like personal awareness, leading and pacing and clarity of communication. This can all be mapped back to organisational needs and strategies for implementation, providing clear business value.
