Everyone Wins in Geneva

This event combines perfectly what we offer to the corporate world and what we put back to our community in Nepal. The event was a teambuilding for Stryker Europe, bringing everyone together from separate silos across the continent, into one big performing team.
The reason that they chose us for this task was the company wanted to use drums and the unique selling point for WOR specifically was to get involved in our charity and donate a dome building to the Pegasus Project as part of the fee.
This way everyone was a winner from this wonderful afternoon. The team were split into three groups to learn different rhythms then, came back into one big group and combined all of the parts to make one big final performance, which sounded fantastic.
Then to finish, they watched two films from Nepal showing the work we had already done setting up the project and how their teambuilding would make a difference in Nepal.
It is this kind of session which we actively pursue, everyone goes home happy knowing that the team has had a great day and donated something to a worthy cause.
