Feedback for World of Rhythm facilitated leadership event

“Vodafone Romania chose to collaborate with World of Rhythm / Learning about for the kick off session of its One Future leader’s development program. After the collaboration had successfully come to an end our team’s impression is that we couldn’t have taken a better option.
The kick off session of the One Future project was meant to facilitate the participants process of defining the concept of leadership and to set the right context for developing their personal mission.
The feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive. As key learning of the session have been named by everyone for example “A team can play the same rhythm to succeed or “Every single member of a team counts”
We can truly state that by combining arts-based activities World of Rhythm delivers a powerful tool for shifting a team of leaders to their next level of performance.
